The fine print

Privacy policy

The short version: we collect only what we need to run the studio, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it any time. Here’s the longer version.

    What we collect

    • Your email address, when you wish for a piece, join our list, or sign in.
    • Your name, if you sign in with Google. Google also shares your profile picture, which we don’t use.
    • Your wishes: which pieces you’ve hearted, and when.
    • Order details, once the shop opens: what you bought, and where to send it. Payments go through Stripe, so your card number never reaches us.
    • Basic technical details, like your IP address and browser, which our host records to keep the site running and secure.

    How we use it

    • To save your wishes, and to email you when a piece you wished for arrives.
    • To enter wishers in our gift draws, and to reach the winners.
    • To send news about new pieces, only if you asked for it.
    • To ship your orders and answer your questions.
    • To count wishes, so we know which pieces to bring in next.

    What stays on your device

    Your browser keeps a copy of your wishes and email, so the hearts remember you between visits. Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

    Who helps us

    A few trusted services handle your information for us, only to run the studio:

    • Supabase stores our data and handles sign-in.
    • Vercel hosts the site.
    • Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
    • Resend delivers our emails.
    • Stripe takes payments, once the shop opens.

    We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it for advertising.

  5. 05

    Your choices

    • Take back a wish any time by tapping its heart again.
    • Sign out from your account page. Your wishes stay saved to your account for next time.
    • Ask us to show you, correct, or delete what we hold about you, and we’ll do it.
  6. 06

    How long we keep it

    We keep your account and wishes until you ask us to delete them. Order records we keep for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

  7. 07

    Children

    Zoe Sun Studio is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

  8. 08

    Changes

    If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your information, we’ll email you first.
