These terms cover using the Zoe Sun Studio site: wishing, gift draws, your account, and orders. By using the site or signing in, you agree to them. How we handle your information is in our privacy policy.

  1. 01

    Wishing

    Wishing for a piece is free, and it never commits you to buy anything.

    Wishes help us decide what to bring in. The most-wished pieces usually arrive first, but a wish isn’t a reservation, and we can’t promise that any particular piece will become available.

  2. 02

    Gift draws

    • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
    • When we hold a draw for a piece, everyone who wished for it is entered, and each wisher has an equal chance.
    • Winners are picked at random. Someone who has already won a piece can’t win it again.
    • We’ll email winners at the address they wished with. If we can’t reach a winner, we may offer the gift to another wisher.
    • One entry per person. Using extra emails or accounts to enter more than once disqualifies those entries.
    • Draws are open where the law allows them, and may not be open in every country.
  3. 03

    Your account

    You can sign in with Google or with a link we email you. Signing in for the first time creates your account. Keep access to that email safe, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

    We may close accounts that are used to abuse the site or the draws.

  4. 04

    Orders and prices

    The shop isn’t open yet. When it opens, prices will be shown in US dollars, and shipping and return details will be shown before you pay.

    If a piece is listed at the wrong price, or sells out after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

  5. 05

    Our photos and words

    The photos, writing, and design on this site belong to Zoe Sun Studio or the people who made them. Please don’t reuse them without asking.

  6. 06

    The legal part

    We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as is and can’t promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

  7. 07

    Changes

    We may update these terms as the studio grows. We’ll change the date at the top when we do, and email you about any change that matters.
